Shipping/Returns

- Most Items ship next business day, unless they are on backorder.
- At checkout you are given options for shipping. You determine how much you want to pay, and how fast you want to receive your order.
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Christmas Exchange Policy!

For all orders placed on or after November 1, 2017 have until January 15th 2017 to contact us for an exchange or refund. After that orders will be final. 

If you have an issue with your order after you receive it, please send an email to info@ungalli.com with the following details:

- Name on order
- Order #
- Issue with order

 

If it was our fault:

We will send you a shipping label to get it back to us, and then send your actual order back to you. You pay for nothing. 

If it was a sizing issue, or you just don't love it (we really hope you do!):

It will be up to you to ship it back to the below address. If you chose to exchange the item we will ship it back to you free of charge! Hooray :)

If you just want a refund:

Please note that in your email to us. We'll send you a refund as soon as we get your package back.
