Wake The Giant Hoodie

The ‘Wake The Giant’ project aims to contribute to co-creating an inclusive community, by helping to identify and increase safe spaces in Thunder Bay. 

Wake The Giant invites local businesses and organizations to put a flag or window decal in their shop, proudly displaying the logo: ‘Wake The Giant.’ By doing so, local businesses and organizations are signifying that they are identifying their location as a ‘safe space,’ and are committed to teaching their employees and the community at large, to be welcoming to indigenous youth. This logo will come to represent a positive shift, and a symbol of ever-improving cross-cultural relations in Thunder Bay, and perhaps, beyond.
